Classic 8 oz. Cheeseburger with Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Brioche Bun
  • 8 oz.
    Cattleman’s Selection® Ground Beef Patty
  • 1 ea.
    Glenview Farms® American Cheese Slice
  • 1 leaf
    Cross Valley Farms® Lettuce
  • 1 ea.
    Cross Valley Farms Tomato, sliced
  • 1 oz.
    Pickles
  • 2 ea.
    Cross Valley Farms Red Onion, sliced
  • ½ oz.
    Mayonnaise
  • ½ oz.
    Ketchup
  • ½ oz.
    Mustard

Preparation

  1. Season the 8 oz. beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook on a flat top grill for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Place a slice of American cheese on the patty 30 seconds before removing from heat.
  3. Lightly butter and toast the brioche bun on the grill.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato and pickles. Place the cheeseburger patty on top, then add onion slices. Spread ketchup and mustard on the top bun and close the burger.
  5. Plate and serve with a side of french fries.
