3 scoopsChef's Line Chocolate Ice Cream (using #20-sized portion scoop)

4 oz.Glenview Farms® Milk

1/2 oz.Glenview Farms Whipped Cream

1/4 oz.Monarch Caramel Topping

Preparation
- Drizzle chocolate sauce inside a glass, tilting to spread it randomly along the sides.
- In a blender, combine ice cream, milk and half of the brownies, and mix on medium-high speed until blended. Adjust consistency with more milk or more ice cream.
- Pour mixture into glass, garnish with whipped cream and remaining brownie pieces, and drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces and a pinch of salt.
