Chocolate Salted Caramel Brownie Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 piece
    Chef's Line® Salted Caramel Chocolate Brownie, diced
  • 1 oz.
    Monarch® Hot Fudge Sauce
  • 3 scoops
    Chef's Line Chocolate Ice Cream (using #20-sized portion scoop)
  • 4 oz.
    Glenview Farms® Milk
  • 1/2 oz.
    Glenview Farms Whipped Cream
  • 1/4 oz.
    Monarch Caramel Topping
  • pinch
    Monarch Kosher Salt

Preparation

  1. Drizzle chocolate sauce inside a glass, tilting to spread it randomly along the sides.
  2. In a blender, combine ice cream, milk and half of the brownies, and mix on medium-high speed until blended. Adjust consistency with more milk or more ice cream.
  3. Pour mixture into glass, garnish with whipped cream and remaining brownie pieces, and drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces and a pinch of salt.
