Chocolate Dipped Waffles with Candy Cane Crunch

Ingredients

Melt chocolate over a double boiler until smooth.
Dip waffles into chocolate, shaking to remove excess chocolate.
Lay on a parchment-lined sheet pan and sprinkle with candy cane pieces. Insert popsicle sticks if desired. Allow to set and then serve.
