2 oz. Monarch® Ancho Chili Seasoning

3 oz. Chef’s Line® Brown Rice and Quinoa Blend

2 oz. Monarch Garlic Aioli

1 tsp. Charred Lemon Juice

1 ea. Harbor Banks® 4 oz. Salmon Fillet
Preparation:
- Season salmon with ancho chili seasoning
- Sautee salmon
- Steam brown rice quinoa blend
- Plate salmon on quinoa blend
- Mix lemon juice with garlic aioli serve in a ramekin on the side
