Chili Lime Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Monarch® Ancho Chili Seasoning
  • 3 oz. Chef’s Line® Brown Rice and Quinoa Blend
  • 2 oz. Monarch Garlic Aioli
  • 1 tsp. Charred Lemon Juice
  • 1 ea. Harbor Banks® 4 oz. Salmon Fillet

Preparation:

  1. Season salmon with ancho chili seasoning
  2. Sautee salmon
  3. Steam brown rice quinoa blend
  4. Plate salmon on quinoa blend
  5. Mix lemon juice with garlic aioli serve in a ramekin on the side
