Chili and Garlic Cauliflower Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    Monarch® Chili Seasoned Mini Cauliflower Florets
  • .75 c
    Molly's Kitchen® Beer Cheese Sauce
  • 2 T
    Glenview Farms® Fontina, Gruyère and Gouda Blend
  • 1 T
    Pacific Jade® Coarse Panko, toasted

Preparation

  1. Lay Cauliflower onto parchment-lined sheet pan, cover and thaw overnight in refrigeration. 
  2. Place thawed Cauliflower in mixing bowl. Add heated Beer Cheese Sauce and fold to combine. 
  3. Place mixture into oven-proof serving dish. Bake at 350° until hot throughout. Top with Cheese Blend and Bread Crumbs. Place back in oven until cheese is golden.

 Serve Immediately.
