1 ea.Chef's Line® All Natural* Smoked Uncured Chicken Sausage

6 oz.Roseli® Penne Rigate Pasta

2 oz.Broccolini Fresh

2 TExtra Virgin Olive Oil

½ tsp.Crushed Red Pepper

Salt and Pepper, to taste

1 tsp.Garlic, chopped

1 oz.Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
- Cook penne pasta to al dente. Cool and hold.
- Slice chicken sausage on bias, and place into hot sauté pan with extra virgin olive oil.
- Once the sausage has browned to a nice color on each side, reduce the heat to medium and add in chopped garlic. Stir for about 2 minutes. (If you would like to deglaze the pan with some pinot grigio wine, this is the time.)
- Add penne pasta, broccolini and red pepper flakes.
- Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Ensure all ingredients are cooked, then empty pan into pasta bowl and garnish with parmesan cheese.
