2 oz.Pickled Red Onions

Preparation
1. Fry carrot fries according to instructions; season and reserve.
2. Warm spinach tortilla.
3. Build wrap: lettuce → carrot fries → hummus → cucumbers → pickled onions. Roll tightly and cut in half.
