Butterfly Pea Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Frozen banana, ripe-ish, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 c
    Frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 c
    Chilled coconut or almond milk
  • 2 tsp.
    Monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 T
    Chia seeds
  • 1 T
    Hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp.
    Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Powder
  • 2 or 3 ea.
    Seasonal fruits, such as addition blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, to garnish
  • Almonds, slivered, to garnish
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut, to garnish.

Preparation

Puree ingredients in a blender except garnishes. Top with seasonal favorites, such as slivered almonds, blackberries, sliced kiwi and shredded unsweetened coconut. Makes 1 smoothie bowl.
