Butter Brioche Hot Dog Bun – Kielbasa with Kimchi

Ingredients

  • 3 oz.
    Kimchi
  • 4 oz.
    Polish Kielbasa
  • 1 ea.
    Chef’s Line® Butter Brioche Hot Dog Bun
  • 1 ea.
    Korean Chili Pepper (optional)

Preparation

1.        Toast brioche bun if desired. 

2.        Cut kielbasa to fit the bun. 

3.        Pan-cook kielbasa 3–4 minutes per side. 

4.        Add kielbasa to bun. 

5.        Top with kimchi; garnish with chili pepper if desired.
