3 oz.Kimchi

4 oz.Polish Kielbasa

1 ea.Chef’s Line® Butter Brioche Hot Dog Bun

1 ea.Korean Chili Pepper (optional)
Preparation
1. Toast brioche bun if desired.
2. Cut kielbasa to fit the bun.
3. Pan-cook kielbasa 3–4 minutes per side.
4. Add kielbasa to bun.
5. Top with kimchi; garnish with chili pepper if desired.
