Butter Brioche Hot Dog Bun – Glizzy with Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Chef’s Line Butter Brioche Hot Dog Bun
  • 1 ea.
    Patuxent Farms All-Beef Hot Dog
  • 2 oz.
    Dark Ale Mustard
  • 1 oz.
    Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1 oz.
    Diced Yellow Onion

PREPARATION 

1.        Toast brioche bun, if desired. 

2.        Heat hot dog on grill to internal temp 155–160°F. 

3.        Place hot dog in bun. 

4.        Top with mustard, relish and onions.
