1 ea.Patuxent Farms All-Beef Hot Dog

2 oz.Dark Ale Mustard

1 oz.Dill Pickle Relish

1 oz.Diced Yellow Onion
PREPARATION
1. Toast brioche bun, if desired.
2. Heat hot dog on grill to internal temp 155–160°F.
3. Place hot dog in bun.
4. Top with mustard, relish and onions.
