1 oz.Feta Crumbles

Preparation
1. Toast brioche bun if desired.
2. Roast carrot at 425°F for 30–40 minutes; grill for marks.
3. Green goddess aioli: blend jalapeño, lime juice, garlic, parsley, tarragon and chives; mix with mayo.
4. Build: bun → carrot → 2 oz. aioli → feta → microgreens.
