Butter Brioche Hot Dog Bun and Sauerkraut Black Forest Dog with Dark Ale Honey Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Butter Brioche Hot Dog Bun
  • 1 ea.
    Smoked Black Forest Bacon Sausage
  • 1 slice
    White Cheddar
  • ⅓ c
    Dark Ale Mustard
  • ¼ c
    Honey
  • ¼ c
    Mayonnaise
  • 1 T
    White Vinegar
  • ¼ tsp.
    Paprika
  • 2 oz.
    Sauerkraut
  • 1 oz.
    Shaved Red Cabbage

Preparation

1.        Toast brioche bun if desired. 

2.        Roast sausage at 350°F to internal temp 160–165°F. 

3.        Mix dark ale mustard, honey, mayo, vinegar and paprika. 

4.        Place sausage in bun. 

5.        Add slice and melt in oven. 

6.        Top with mustard mixture, sauerkraut and red cabbage.
