1 ea.Butter Brioche Hot Dog Bun

1 ea.Smoked Black Forest Bacon Sausage

1 sliceWhite Cheddar

⅓ cDark Ale Mustard

¼ cHoney
-
¼ cMayonnaise

1 TWhite Vinegar
-
¼ tsp.Paprika
-
2 oz.Sauerkraut
-
1 oz.Shaved Red Cabbage
Preparation
1. Toast brioche bun if desired.
2. Roast sausage at 350°F to internal temp 160–165°F.
3. Mix dark ale mustard, honey, mayo, vinegar and paprika.
4. Place sausage in bun.
5. Add slice and melt in oven.
6. Top with mustard mixture, sauerkraut and red cabbage.
