Broccoli Leaf Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds
    Cross Valley Farms® Chopped Broccoli Leaves
  • 1 quart
    apple or pear juice
  • 1 quart
    rice milk
  • 1 tablespoon
    cinnamon
  • 1 cup
    Monarch® Honey
  • 1
    banana

Preparation

Combine raw broccoli leaves with juice in bar blender with 2 cups ice. Combine/blend until smooth. 

Add rice milk, cinnamon, honey and banana. Blend until creamy, pourable and smooth. 2-3 minutes at high speed. Make sure the lid is on tight. 

Enjoy this superfood smoothie. Yield: 24 each, 8 ounce per person.
