Breakfast Potato & Egg Haystacks Recipe

Ingredients

    Cross Valley Farms® Shredded Hash Browns
  • 1-2
    Rykoff Sexton® Roasted Red Bell Pepper, drained
  • 1 ea.
    Glenview Farms® Premium Three Cheese Frittata
  • 1 ea.
    Patuxent Farms® Turkey Breakfast Sausage
  • 1-2 slices
    Roseli® Fresh Mozzarella
  • 1 tsp.
    Roseli Organic Basil Pesto without Nuts

Preparation

  1. Toast hash browns on a flat top according to package directions.
  2. Heat three cheese frittata, roasted red bell pepper and turkey breakfast sausage on a flat top.
  3. Place cooked hash browns onto plate. Top with roasted pepper, three cheese frittata and turkey breakfast sausage. Garnish with fresh mozzarella and basil pesto.
