Preparation
- Toast hash browns on a flat top according to package directions.
- Heat three cheese frittata, roasted red bell pepper and turkey breakfast sausage on a flat top.
- Place cooked hash browns onto plate. Top with roasted pepper, three cheese frittata and turkey breakfast sausage. Garnish with fresh mozzarella and basil pesto.
