Preparation
- Place leafy greens in a salad bowl.
- Top with bacon, avocado, red onion, croutons, cucumber and tomato.
- In a sauté pan, heat butter and hot sauce.
- Add chicken and heat through.
- Stir in bleu cheese and reduce sauce until it coats chicken.
- Add chicken to salad.
- Serve with dressing of your choice.
