Preparation
Dice the cucumber into 1/4-inch cubes. Place the blueberries, diced cucumber, mint, chopped cilantro and scarlet kale into a clean and dry mixing bowl. Drizzle agave over the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Mix until evenly coated. Place salad into to-go bowl, lock the lid and serve.
