BLT and Spicy Guacamole Tostadas

Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    del Pasado® 6 inch White Corn Tortillas 6 inch
  • 3 oz.
    Chef's Line® Spicy Fire-Roasted Pepper Guacamole
  • 1 slice
    Patuxent Farms® Applewood Smoked Peppered Pork Bacon Slices
  • 1 oz.
    Cross Valley Farms® Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 2 slice
    Cross Valley Farms 5X6 Round Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp.
    Cross Valley Farms Jumbo Red Onions
  • 1 pinch
    Cross Valley Farms Fresh Chopped Cilantro

Preparation

  1. Fry corn tortilla until golden, and set aside to cool.
  2. Take the fried tortilla shell and layer with the spicy guacamole, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and peppered bacon. Garnish with red onion and chopped cilantro.
