Blackened Pangasius

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Chef’s Line® Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 ea. Harbor Banks® 7-9-oz. Pangasius Fillet
  • 2 oz. Monarch® Blackened Seasoning
  • 2 oz. Monarch Garlic Aioli
  • 1 tsp. Charred Lemon Juice

Preparation:

  1. Season pangasius with blackened spice
  2. Steam cilantro lime cauliflower rice
  3. Plate fish on cauliflower rice
  4. Drizzle charred lemon juice on entire plate
  5. Place ramekin of garlic aioli on side
