½ cShredded Cheese Blend

½ cHeavy Cream

1 lb.Collard Greens

4 cChicken Demi-Glace (diluted 3:1 with water)

6 oz.Stewed Tomatoes

French Baguette (optional)
Preparation
1. Cook grits in chicken broth; add cream and cheese until melted.
2. Braise collard greens in remaining broth until reduced.
3. Sear sausage; simmer with stewed tomatoes until thickened.
4. Plate grits → collards → sausage with tomato sauce.
5. Serve with toasted baguette.
