Preparation
1. Roast sausage at 350°F to 160–165°F.
2. Heat ribs covered at 350°F.
3. Heat burnt ends at 400°F for 20–30 min; sauce and return to oven.
4. Cook mac & cheese to 165°F.
5. Serve with pickled onions and pickles.
