Ingredients

    Black Forest Bacon Sausage
  • 1 ea.
    Butter Brioche Hot Dog Bun
  • 3 oz.
    Caramelized Onions
  • 2 oz.
    Mild Giardiniera

Preparation

1.        Toast bun if desired.

2.        Roast sausage at 350°F to internal temp 160–165°F.

3.        Warm caramelized onions.

4.        Build: sausage → onions → giardiniera.
