Black Forest Bacon & Brioche Breakfast Melt

Ingredients

  • 2-3 slices
    Patuxent Farms® Smoked Black Forest Bacon
  • 1 ea.
    Chef's Line® Brioche Roll
  • 1 ea.
    Metro Deli® Sliced Swiss Cheese
  • 1 ea.
    Glenview Farms® Premium Three Cheese Frittata
  • 2 tbsp.
    Rykoff Sexton® Slow Roasted Tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • .25 c
    Baby Spinach or Arugula

Preparation

  1. Cook Black Forest bacon according to package directions. Heat frittata on flat top, and toast brioche bun. 
  2. Place Black Forest bacon, frittata, cheese, tomatoes and greens into the bun. Toast and lightly press. Heat until heated through and cheese is melted.
