Cilantro, Minced
Preparation
- Season bison patty with salt and pepper. Grill to desired temperature.
- Butter and toast Texas toast. Heat caramelized onions. Heat beer cheese sauce.
- Fry french fries until crisp. Season with salt and fresh cilantro.
- Place burger onto one slice of Texas toast. Top with beer cheese, caramelized onions, french fries and the other slice of Texas toast.
