Preparation
Heat the mac and cheese until warmed through. Separately, heat and chop or pull the short rib meat. Heat the caramelized onions. Optional: chop fresh parsley for garnish. To plate, portion 1.5 ounces of mac, 1 ounce of short rib and 0.5 ounce of caramelized onions. Garnish with a roasted tomato wedge and chopped parsley.
