3 oz.Spicy Pickle Slaw

4 cCabbage, shredded

½ cMetro Deli® Hot Dill Pickles, chopped

1 tsp.Dijon Mustard

2 TBrine from Metro Deli Hot Dill Pickles

1 tsp.Monarch® Sriracha Hot Honey

½ tsp.Garlic Powder

Preparation
Prepare the Spicy Pickle Slaw: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Metro Deli Spicy Pickles brine, hot honey, garlic powder and paprika until well combined. Add the chopped cabbage and chopped spicy pickles, and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Cook the Harbor Banks Beer-Battered Pollock.
Toast the potato bun and build the sandwich with the cooked pollock and spicy pickle slaw.
