Beef and Mushroom Sliders Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ea.
    Hilltop Hearth® Gluten-Free Slider Buns
  • 4 ea.
    Molly's Kitchen® Three Cheese and Cremini Mushroom Croquette
  • 3-4 ea.
    Cross Valley Farms® Cremini Mushrooms
  • 2 ea.
    Stock Yards® Beef Slider Patty
  • 1 ea.
    Cross Valley Farms Better Burger Lettuce
  • 2 tbsp.
    Monarch® Chipotle Mayo

Preparation

  1. Cook beef patties on a flat top or grill according to package instructions. Fry mushroom croquettes according to package instructions. Slice mushrooms and sauté in butter or oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Toast the slider buns.
  2. Tear lettuce and divide onto the bottom buns; top with beef patties. Place sautéed mushrooms onto beef patties, and top with smashed mushroom croquettes.
