6 ea.Cross Valley Farms® Russet Idaho Potatoes, 6 oz.

½ ea.Boneless Pork Shoulder (about 3 lb.)

1 bunchCross Valley Farms Green Onions, finely chopped

1 cExtra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

1 cMonarch® BBQ Sauce
Preparation
Slice Cross Valley Farms Russet Idaho Potatoes lengthwise, cutting to, but not through, other side; fluff with fork.
Top with pulled pork, shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the 6 potatoes and place back into oven to melt the cheese.
Add a few ounces more of pulled pork to the center and mounded.
Drizzle BBQ sauce liberally and sprinkle green onions to garnish. Serve immediately.
