Ingredients

  • 1 ea.
    Chef's Line® Naan
  • 1 tsp.
    Rykoff Sexton® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp.
    Cross Valley Farms® Garlic Cloves
  • .5 c
    Rykoff Sexton Caramelized Onions
  • 1 c
    Apples, cored and sliced
  • 1 tsp.
    Fresh Thyme, destemmed and minced
  • .5 tsp.
    Fresh Italian Parsley, minced
  • To Taste
    Monarch Kosher Salt
  • To Taste
    Monarch Black Pepper
  • .75 c
    Glenview Farms® Shredded Fontina, Gruyère and Gouda Cheese Blend

Preparation

Sauté onions, garlic, and apples. Season with salt and pepper. When tender add parsley and thyme. Top naan with onions, apples, and cheese. Toast in oven.
