    Chef's Line® Sliced White Baguette, 6.75-7.75"
  • 3 ea.
    Patuxent Farms® Applewood Smoked Peppered Pork Bacon
  • Vegetarian* Sub Option: Molly's Kitchen® Plant-Based** Breakfast Saus'ge Patty
  • 4 oz.
    Monarch® Roasted Onion and Pepper Blend
  • 2 oz.
    Metro Deli® Smoked Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 oz.
    Monarch® Chipotle Mayonnaise
  • 2 ea.
    Glenview Farms® Large Grade A Brown Loose Pack Cage-Free Eggs
  • .5 oz.
    Cross Valley Farms® Fresh Chive

Preparation

  1. First, you will need to cut the bread in a v shape from the top and remove some bread to hollow inside of each baguette. 
  2. Filling can be reserved for breadcrumbs. 
  3. Next, spread the spicy mayo evenly on the inside of the baguette, add the sautéed peppers and onions, precooked peppered bacon slices and smoked cheddar cheese slices. 
  4. Place in a 400F° oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese then top with scrambled or fried eggs, drizzle with extra spicy mayo and garnish with chives. 

*Substitute Plant-Based Sausage for a vegetarian option.
