Preparation
Prepare Spicy Mayo: Mix mayo and sriracha until smooth. Adjust spiciness to taste. Set aside.
Dice the Harbor Banks Yellowfin Tuna into small, bite-sized cubes. Keep chilled.
Arrange the wonton chips, add the toppings, and drizzle the Korean BBQ sauce and spicy mayo over the top.
