Ahi Nachos

Ingredients

  • 4 oz.
    Harbor Banks® Yellowfin Tuna
  • 4 oz.
    Wonton Chips
  • ½ ea.
    Del Pasado® Avocado Halves, diced
  • 1/4 c
    Del Pasado Mango Peach Salsa
  • 1 T
    Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 1 T
    Spicy Mayo
  • 3 T
    Mayo
  • 1 tsp.
    Sriracha
  • 1 T
    Green Onions, chopped

Preparation

Prepare Spicy Mayo: Mix mayo and sriracha until smooth. Adjust spiciness to taste. Set aside.

Dice the Harbor Banks Yellowfin Tuna into small, bite-sized cubes. Keep chilled.

Arrange the wonton chips, add the toppings, and drizzle the Korean BBQ sauce and spicy mayo over the top.
