8 oz.Harbor Banks® Peeled & Deveined Shrimp

4 oz.Rykoff Sexton® Key Lime Juice

6 oz.Cucumber, sliced

1 ea.Serrano or Jalapeño Pepper, sliced

2 oz.Red Onion, julienned

1 oz.Rykoff Sexton Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp.Chopped Cilantro

1 ea.Del Pasado® Avocado Half
Preparation
Butterfly the Harbor Banks P&D Shrimp and pour the Key Lime Juice over top. Allow the shrimp to marinate in the refrigerator until they are opaque.
Thinly slice the cucumber, serrano pepper and red onion.
In a serving dish, arrange the marinated shrimp with the sliced cucumber, serrano pepper and red onion.
Drizzle olive oil over the top and garnish with chopped cilantro.
Place the avocado on top or to the side as an accompaniment.
