Our US Foods® Brands Chef Ryan Zander fine-tuned a perfect recipe, delivering a product with deep, savory roasted chicken flavor, luxurious nappe and velvety viscosity, the ideal consistency for sauces, gravies and soups. A neutral flavor profile allows customization — just add wine, herbs or seasoning. Choose whatever flavor you desire to create the start of a delicious stew or the base for a braise.
