Pub Grain Hamburger Bun
Upcycled* products create foods from ingredients that would have gone to waste or other non-food uses. This bun is made with Spent Grain flour, a byproduct of beer brewing. We incorporate that blend of barley, wheat and rye to make a bun that has a traditional dense crumb texture with mild earthy and sour notes.
