Performance Tri-Blend Oil
A blend of high-oleic canola, corn and soybean oil, this oil is excellent for stir-fries, pan- and deep-frying, and just about any recipe that requires oil. It’s the perfect solution for operators looking for performance, taste and value in one frying oil. The breakout is 50% high-oleic canola, 30% corn oil and 20% soybean oil. This oil contains 1.5 g of saturated fat per serving and has a smoke point of 425°F.
