By fermenting a mix of sweetened tea and SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast), we create a tangy concoction loaded with more than 5 billion CFU Probiotic bacteria at time of bottling. Then we add red raspberry, fruit juice and ginger to create a flavorful beverage that is an ideal grab-and-go option.
