Our Hazelnut Crunch Square features a base of airy cocoa meringue, a perfect foundation that is then topped with a layer of hazelnut semifreddo that adds an irresistible creamy richness. Next, we add a layer of hazelnut meringue and a hazelnut crunch mixture, which lends a delightful crunch and contrasting texture. Another layer of hazelnut semifreddo follows, and then a dusting of cocoa powder adds the perfect finishing touch – creating a dessert that is as pretty on a plate to look at as it is delicious to eat.
