Metro Deli® Gruyère Cheese Slices are a testament to the art of traditional cheese-making. Crafted in imported copper vats, our cheese undergoes a meticulous process of cooking and curing on spruce boards for a minimum of four months. Following time-honored Swiss-Alpine techniques ensures a nutty, full-bodied flavor with subtle floral undertones that enhance any dish. This unique cheese-making process is not often found in Gruyère cheeses on the market for foodservice today. Elevate burgers with its gooey melt, or elevate french onion soups, omelets, paninis and gratins – the possibilities are endless.
