Our Chef’s Line® Beef and Pork Ragu pays homage to the rich tradition of Italian “Sunday Sauce,” a dish born from families gathering to cook a beloved, meat-rich comfort dish that took all day to create. Our beef and pork version is sous vide cooked for at least eight hours in a delicious tomato wine sauce, ensuring each tender bite is full of flavor. We’ve taken the all-day prep work out of the equation: simply heat, pull apart the meat and serve it up in a variety of ways. Use it as a base for a delicious dinner pasta, stuff it in a sandwich for lunch or make a luxurious hash for breakfast. Everything in our product is designed to be served for total utilization. With more than 50% meat, you can serve a hearty portion as is or add ingredients to customize, stretching your dollar to save on overall costs while serving more. It’s a simple ingredient that isn’t so simple once you put your own spin on it!
