When we first discovered what would become our Chef’s Line® Basque Cheesecake, we knew we were close to that perfect rich creaminess that is a hallmark of this sublime dessert originally from the Basque region of Spain. Our product developers work with our culinarians to identify a gold-standard recipe, which then becomes the set standard as we scale to launch products in Scoop™. Testing against this gold-standard recipe ensures our products offer a back-of-house look, flavor and texture and meet the highest standard of authenticity that our customers appreciate and expect.
