Crafted in Italy using grapes grown and harvested in Italy, our Roseli® Balsamic Glaze contains Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (38%), a protected geographic indication of balsamic vinegar from the Modena region of Italy. Its smooth, creamy texture offers an authentic balance of sweetness and acidity with layered notes of cooked grape and subtle stone fruit to add depth, gloss and versatility across modern foodservice applications.
