US Foods® has joined several others to support a Fishery Improvement Project, or FIP, to advance the source of our Harbor Banks® Argentine Red Shrimp toward meeting the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) criteria for sustainable fisheries, while ensuring the long-term viability of this resource. So you can take even greater pride in serving this up in shrimp cocktails, pasta dishes and center-of-the-plate specialties.
