In her role, Tess is responsible for the successful execution of all Menu Solutions activities. She works with the Menu Solutions Specialists to ensure consistent implementation of menu services and customer relationships.? ?? Tess started as a consultant at US Foods® in 2014, building the BluePrint Menu Management System® ingredient and recipe database. Upon officially joining US Foods in 2015, she continued to be a part of the development and enhancements of the BluePrint System and many other tools, including Baseline, Trendview 360® and BluePrint 360®.
