Matt a MBA from Redlands University, AOS from The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park NY and a Bachelors of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management form Northern Arizona University and resides in Temecula, California wine country with a wood fired grill and beautiful sunsets.
