John Mullen is the Food Fanatics Chef for the Minnesota market and has been with US Foods since 2016. John Graduated with high honors from le cordon bleu college of culinary arts. He has been working in independent restaurants and with hotels for over 20 years. John has worked in several cities around the country such as Chicago, Atlanta and Boston and Minneapolis. As a restaurant Chef John has been committed to making unique dining experiences for diners. “I really like to focus on technique and execution to provide my guests with an unforgettable experience” says John. John loves to get out into nature and hike, bike and camp. In the winter months you can find John on the slopes skiing!
