Jessica is responsible for the successful execution of all Menu Solutions activities. She works with the Field Menu Solutions Specialists to ensure consistent implementation of menu services and customer relationships. Jessica has an extensive career in healthcare foodservice operations, in both acute care and senior living, with over 20 years of experience. She has been successful working in both the contract-managed and self-operation environments, and has extensive knowledge of regulations, industry standards and day-to-day operations of healthcare foodservice, in both single and multi-site healthcare systems.
