In her role, Gail supports customers in the West Region, using our series of market-proven, integrated diagnostic tools. She works to assist healthcare foodservice operators to discover ways to lower costs, improve efficiency and increase revenue. Gail worked in acute, sub-acute, behavioral and community healthcare for 35 years. She spent more than 30 years in healthcare clinical nutrition and foodservice management, with extensive knowledge of regulations, industry standards and day-to-day operations.
