Please meet Cathy Mosley, one of the Field Menu Specialists on the Menu Solutions Team at US Foods®. In her role as a menu specialist, Cathy supports customers in the Central and West regions, using the BluePrint Menu Management System® online menu and resident management tool. She works to assist healthcare foodservice operations with their menu planning needs. Cathy has a background in healthcare and the food and nutrition industry, with experience in using an online menu program and creating meal plans that meet specific nutrition needs and regulations.
