She works to assist healthcare foodservice operators to discover ways to lower costs, improve efficiency and increase revenue. Before joining US Foods, Casey worked in clinical and community dietetics and foodservice operations. With a dynamic background in acute, long-term and corporate healthcare and wellness, she has extensive knowledge of industry standards, strategic leadership and developing high-performing teams.
