Please meet Blake Roberts, one of the Senior Business Solutions Specialists on the Business Solutions Team at US Foods®. In his role as a Senior Business Solutions Specialist, Blake supports customers in the Central Region, using our series of market-proven, integrated diagnostic tools. He works to assist healthcare foodservice operators to discover ways to lower costs, improve efficiency and increase revenue. Before joining US Foods, Blake worked in Acute Care for 21 years. He spent more than 17 years in healthcare foodservice management. He has extensive knowledge in Room Service Transitions, industry standards and day-to-day operations of healthcare foodservice.
