Before joining US Foods, Bill worked as a culinary services director for a large continuing care retirement community, overseeing healthcare and independent living operations, multiple retail venues, and providing clinical nutrition leadership. Bill earned his bachelor’s degree in healthcare services administration from the University of Maryland. In addition to his senior living experience, he has contract management experience in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities and extensive culinary leadership roles in K-12 and independent restaurants.
